At the beginning of the year, Costral delivered for the customer SONEF (Société nouvelle d'embouteillage et de filtration) its 6th bottling group: a state-of-the-art mobile monoblock " GALAXY 3000 ", mounted on wheels and over-equipped. The monoblock has a liftable output table to save a maximum of space when transporting by truck, three hydraulic stands that allow the machine to be stabilized, balanced or lifted on any ground.
In addition to all the various options requested by the customer (special electrical box, universal bottle grippers, adjustable conveyors,...). The special inerting equipment requested by the customer allows this mobile unit to obtain exceptional results in terms of residual oxygen which are measured regularly.
