The first major project for 2019 in the United States: an amazing installation of a Vinolok glass stopper dispenser.
Our customer, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery wanted to expand its current Monoblock system, by a run rate of 8,000 bottles/hour, by introducing a system to handle 5,000 bottles/hour allowing it to process two models of Vinolok stoppers: High Top 21.5 and 18.5.
COSTRAL produced a bespoke system consisting of two vibrating dispensers and two channels alternately supplying a single rotary head for positioning and insertion.
