- Technical support: we intervene directly or through our network of dealers to provide on-site servicing and maintenance. To ensure requests are handled quickly and efficiently, all interventions begin remotely (80% of repair requests are dealt with immediately over the phone and do not require on-site intervention). If necessary, our teams will then intervene on your machine with the necessary spare parts.
- Spare parts supply: we have a large stock of spare parts that is regularly renewed, even for our older bottling line models. We are able to find the references for all parts for all machines that have left our workshops since 1975. And if a part is no longer in stock, we can produce it on request.
- On-site installation and training: when you order a used bottling line, we take care of on-site assembly and commissioning of the machine, as well as its integration with existing equipment. On request, we can complete the installation with training for your operators so that they are fully autonomous in using the line and making the necessary adjustments to suit your production needs.
